My 1989 Ford probe has a pretty badly cracked dashboard on the passenger side, how can i fix this?

I just bought a 1989 ford probe probe, and the passenger side of the dashboard is cracked up pretty badly (most of the material is cracked or gone in one spot). I have been researching on what would be th best fix for this but i have found so many answers it gets really kinda contradictory. |||By getting a new car.|||You can go to an auto upholstery shop or for some cars you can get a new dash top that goes right over the old one.


I don't know about the availability of that for a 1998 car though.


I have used them on older british cars such as MGB's and spitfires.
